Produced from selected organic Mataro grapes
This red wine is produced from selected organic Mataro grapes from our family own vineyard.
It is fermented in control temperature tanks, aged for six months in French oak barrels and for one year in bottle.
Ιt has big “creamy” sweet vanilla taste, spice with raspberry, plum and caramel complex bouquet. On the mouth its warm subtle and well balanced. This lovely wine is very smooth not to tannic, with rich and fruity aftertaste.
Best served with roasted pork, baked chicken and spicy pizza.
Served between 17-20 degrees.
