This red wine is produced from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes .
Ιt is fermented in control temperature tanks, aged for six months in French oak barrels and for one year in bottle.
It has a pleasant blackcurrant taste with hints of chocolate, black pepper, vanilla. It’s almost velvet smooth in the mouth; it is well balanced and opens nicely with air. The gorgeous fruit then come to the fore, with some black pepper and coriander flavor.
