Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low T °C. Battonage applied for 3 months.
Color: Yellow with golden hints.
Nose: CIntent aromas of lemon and grapefruit with notes of green apple.
Palate: Fruity, rich, well-structured with a zesty finish.
Enjoy it with salads based of fruits, white meat, Fish dishes or as a refreshing aperitif.
Best serve at 8 degrees celsius.
