A Legacy Rooted in the Land
Tsangarides Winery was founded in 2005 by Angelos Tsangarides, continuing a family tradition of farming and winemaking that stretches back five generations. What began as a small family vineyard in the village of Lemona has grown into one of Cyprus’s most respected organic wine estates.
The Beginning
Our family has lived and worked the land in Paphos for over a century. In 2005 we took the bold step of creating the winery with the vision of creating world-class Cypriot wines while respecting the environment.
Our Philosophy
We believe great wine is made in the vineyard. By working in harmony with nature, using organic practices, and harvesting by hand, we let the unique terroir of Lemona — with its limestone-rich soils and Mediterranean climate — speak through every bottle.
Today, the next generation continues this legacy with the same passion, dedication, and respect for the land that has defined our family for decades.
