Ageing: Battonage applied for 3 months, aged in French new oak 2 months.
Color: White-yellow with green hints.
Nose: Tropical yellow aromas pineapple, melon and red apple.
Palate: Medium body, aroma of citrus fruit lime lemon, grapefruit with medium acidity. Finish with oak, vanilla, good combination with acidity.
Grilled fish, white baked meat with yellow pappers in the salad.
